A balanced coffee from every point of view, with initial citrus acidity which then evolves on the taste buds into sweet notes reminiscent of the Guava fruit, a fruit grown on the plantation. At the end a pleasant and desirable bitter note that gives it the right balance. Medium body and a syrupy and elegant mouthfeel.
